Add a Free Live Chat in WordPress
First of all, log in to the Dashboard of your WordPress website. Then Install and Activate the 3CX Live Chat plugin. (If you are a WordPress beginner and you don’t know how to install a plugin go through our article How to Install a Plugin on your WordPress website?
After activating the plugin Live Chat Option will appear at the left sidebar of the page. Click on the Settings option.
We need to make changes in the General Settings. For that choose Yes option next to the Chat enabled and select Required Chat Box Fields.
There are different options available. Fill up your Default visitor name and then type a suitable sentence for Input Field Replacement Text.
You can choose the option to enable or disable the feature. In order to enable it to Tick on the button or leave the option Empty in order to disable it.
Now, head towards Quick Response then choose the option Title or Date or Number in ascending or descending order.
Choose the option to Enable/Disable Voice Notes on the admin side or visitor side as per your choice. In order to enable Google Analytics Integration, Tick on the option next to it.
In Advanced Settings, make changes in the Open chat window via, Click and Class option. Choose the appropriate environment and make changes in Long poll setup interaction and slide between interactions.

Finally, make changes in the Chat Transcript Settings. You can also make changes in chat transcript, sending chat transcript, it’s chat end, email body, header, and footer. After making all the changes click on the Save Settings option.
