In this method, we will simply use TablePress WordPress plugin to add tables in WordPress posts and pages.

After Activating the plugin click on TablePress option at the left bar of the page. There go to the All Tables option. Now click on Add New option at the top of the page.
Give suitable Table Name and add Description for your table.
Then choose the appropriate number of rows and columns. Finally, click on the Add Table button.
After that, some new options will appear in your WordPress site. All all the required content to your table.
Add data in the cell. If required, sort the columns using arrows just beside the Alphabets.
In the Table Manipulation option, you can add, remove, and duplicate rows if required.
Finally in the Table option you can add the header and footer row. Tick on the option that you want to show and leave it as it is if you don’t want to do so.
After making all the changes finally click on the Save changes button.
Now all you need to do is add the shortcode to a paragraph block and then your table will appear in a visually appealing way.
